If you chose to break a rule:

ü 1st time:  Verbal warning, reminder of the rule.

ü 2^nd time:   Bee moves from the green hive to the yellow hive, loss of 5 minutes of recess time.

ü 3^rd time:  Bee moves from the yellow hive to the red hive, loss of 10 minutes of recess time. 

ü 4^th time:  Bee is placed in the basket by the door. At recess time, we call parents and the child loses all of his/her recess time.

ü 5^th time: Student is referred to Refocus.

If a child’s bee is moved once a day, the child

loses his/her sticker for the day.  If a child moves his/her bee more than twice a week, he/she loses the opportunity to participate in the enrichment activity on Friday.

 Please discuss these consequences with your child. These will only work if you are reinforcing them at home. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
